Learners Meet Employers at Chelmsford College Progression Fair
With the week of the 2nd-6th March marking Colleges Week 2026 and National Careers Week 2026, Chelmsford College celebrated by hosting its annual Progression Fair on Monday 2nd March. Learners were given the opportunity to explore their future career options, with a wide range of employers visiting the College to host stands and speak directly with the learners.
The event welcomed more than 60 exhibitors, including Morgan Sindall Construction, Essex Police, Jefferies Solicitors, Liverpool Media Academy, British Army and Chelmer Housing Partnership, among others. Learners were enthusiastic about engaging with such well-known organisations and gaining insight into the opportunities available to them after College. The annual event was a real success, with a positive and energetic atmosphere felt throughout the day, with learners demonstrating professionalism when speaking with employers. Events like this form a key part of preparing learners for their next steps.
