Become a ‘College Guest Speaker’
Be part of our team of speakers, inspiring the next generation of talent with your expertise and skills:
- Demonstrate a specific area of knowledge or skill either at your business premises or at one of our campuses
- Choose your level of commitment, from a one-off talk to a regular series of sessions
- Use digital technology to deliver a lecture
- Choose between being paid a day rate, incorporating into a corporate social responsibility or social value commitment
- Be supported by a staff member who will help you and supervise the students
- All assessments and paperwork will be completed by qualified lecturers, complementing the sessions given

Join the ‘Inspire to Teach’ programme
Our ‘Inspire to Teach’ programme is an initiative to encourage specialists to retrain and apply their knowledge and experience in a teaching context. We’ll be looking to recruit staff from multiple industries with significant experience.
Choose from becoming a part-time lecturer, delivering between:
- 3 - 12 hrs a week, whilst continuing to work in your industry.
- Or up to 25hrs a week as a full-time lecturer.
We will support you with all your training needs, including access to a free teaching qualification (worth approx. £6,000-£9,000) and teaching resources and equipment.
