Clean Energy Jobs and Careers Fair

Green careers are a fast-growing global employment sector that touches every company, employer, employee and educational establishment. Chelmsford College has a vision to be one of the leading colleges in sustainable practice and is aiming to develop ways to reduce emissions, with a view to being net zero by 2040. We also want to inspire and develop a workforce locally and nationally by embedding sustainability across our curriculum to ensure we have the necessary skills for a green economy.

Following on from our very successful Green Skills Fair in November 2024, we will be hosting a Clean Energy Jobs and Careers Fair on Wednesday April 22nd 2026 which is also World Earth Day. We invite national and local companies and speakers to attend and man a stall, run a workshop or support our mission to net zero.

Our learners and those of our local schools, colleges and adults from the community will also be invited to attend.
