With 'AI' quickly becoming a common term to hear in modern life, it’s easy to feel like you’re being left behind with the latest technology. Chelmsford College is helping ease this pressure for businesses as employers can now take a FREE 10 minute AI Readiness Assessment, designed to help organisations identify where AI could make a practical difference to them day-to-day.
The assessment asks businesses to provide an overview of their current challenges, with responses then used to identify potential opportunities around areas such as efficiency, productivity, customer experience and internal processes. The business then receives tailored recommendations to help them with their next steps.
If you’re a business owner and feel like you should be exploring AI but have no idea where to start, this provides a simple solution. Maybe you’re not even sure how AI can help improve your workflow yet, which is where this AI readiness test can help. It’s great for those with a curiosity of how AI can help without fully committing to anything as the assessment is completely free. If you have systems and processes that feel slightly clunky or time-consuming, the test results will outline how productivity can be improved using AI. Ultimately, you don't need to fully understand AI before taking the assessment.
If you do find that actually you would like further support upon receiving your personal results, Chelmsford College can also provide consultancy and bespoke training designed around individual organisational needs. This may include structured consultancy support or bespoke AI training built around your organisations needs. At the end of the consultancy journey, you can also have support to develop your own 'AI Champion' - a staff member who will lead on AI integration across your organisation.
The AI Champion role also links directly to the College’s AI and Automation Practitioner Apprenticeship, which if the newfound AI Champion also completes, will help ensure continuous development and long term capability for your business.
The service is delivered through a partnership between Chelmsford College, HoSoMoTo and SEATS, combining the College's employer relationships with specialist AI expertise and training.
