1. Start with a Free AI Readiness Assessment
Your AI journey begins with a FREE 10 minute AI Readiness Assessment.
By completing the assessment, you’ll provide a high level overview of your current challenges. Using your responses, we identify where AI can add value, whether through efficiency, productivity, customer experience, internal processes or governance.
You’ll then receive tailored recommendations outlining the most effective next steps for your organisation.

2. AI Consultancy
For organisations ready to embed AI across their business, we provide structured consultancy support.
This may include:
- AI driven process automation
- Efficiency and workflow improvements

Our consultancy focuses on measurable impact, sustainable implementation and compliance ready AI adoption.
3. Bespoke AI Training
We offer flexible, role specific AI training built around your organisation’s needs. Courses are available at basic and advanced levels, ranging from concise 8 hour programmes to in depth 40 hour courses.
Our portfolio includes 62 AI training courses, from AI+ Foundation to AI+ Executive, covering the full breadth of modern business functions. Training is aligned to real workplace tasks, enabling staff to apply what they learn immediately, driving genuine efficiency gains and real world results.
4. Develop Your AI Champion
At the end of your consultancy journey, we help you identify and develop an internal AI Champion, a key individual who will maintain momentum and lead AI adoption across your organisation.
The AI Champion role will link directly to our upcoming AI Champion Apprenticeship, ensuring continuous development and long term capability building within your business.
