Sector-Based Work Academy Programmes (SWAP)
Looking to get back into work or start a new career? Our Sector-based Work Academy Programmes (SWAPs) are free training courses courses for those aged 19+ who are unemployed or who meet the criteria of low paid work. Designed to help you build skills, gain qualifications and move into employment, a SWAP can help you take that next step.
Lasting up to five weeks, these short courses allow you to access quality training and improve your skills which will boost your CV. All learners who complete the SWAP will also have the opportunity to interview for relevant roles within the sector!
We offer SWAPs in a range of industries, including administration, construction, security and hospitality.
