Chelmsford College Showcases Opportunities at Local Careers Fair
Chelmsford College attended the UK Careers Fair at Chelmsford Racecourse on the 25th September, where staff met with Year 11 students to highlight the exciting opportunities available to them after school. The event provided a valuable platform for young people to explore their next steps and learn more about the range of pathways open to them.
Throughout the morning, the College’s different departments hosted stalls to speak with students about academic courses, careers advice and the many activities designed to support both personal and professional development. Learners were encouraged to ask questions and gain insights into how further education can prepare them for future careers or higher education.
For many Year 11s, this was an important first introduction to the variety of post-school options available in the local area. Chelmsford College was proud to take part in such a well-organised event and to play a role in inspiring the next generation. Staff expressed their thanks to the organisers for creating an opportunity to connect with so many young people and share how Chelmsford College can support them on their journey beyond school.
