Chelmsford College Wraps Up Powerful Ready, Respect, Safe Weeks

Chelmsford College concluded its impactful alternating Ready, Respect, Safe weeks last week, with the final week, Safe Week, ending on the 24th January. Safe Week was dedicated to promoting safety and respect in the community. In light of recent tragic events surrounding knife crime and its devastating impact on young lives, this initiative felt particularly poignant.

Throughout the week, learners engaged in a series of workshops, talks, and activities focused on staying safe and making responsible choices. Highlights included thought-provoking presentations on the realities of knife crime, which resonated deeply, as well as practical activities on road safety that took place in reception. These events aimed to empower learners with the knowledge and confidence to navigate challenges both inside and outside the college.
