A SWAP course is aimed at improving work skills within a particular sector to enable to progression to work within that sector. This specific short course is tailored for the construction sector and suited to people who require a CSCS Labourer Card. 

You will enhance your work skills for Construction Labourer roles, enabling you to progress to work within that particular field. Study Overview

During the course, learners will study a variety of accredited short qualifications. These qualifications will be assessed through multiple methods such as observation, multiple-choice question papers, and a written logbook.

In addition to acquiring all the necessary skills and knowledge required for the role of a Construction Labourer, you will also gain essential skills that will prepare you for employment. These skills include enhancing your communication and digital skills, in addition to receiving support with your CV.

Progression and Employment Opportunities

Learners who complete the SWAP programme will have the opportunity to interview for roles within the sector and gain relevant work experience if available.
