We are seeking experienced and industry-qualified electrical professionals to join our growing team as Electrical Installations Apprenticeship Specialists. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in delivering outstanding apprenticeship and full-time electrical provision, helping to develop the next generation of electricians while supporting employer partners across the region.
In this role, you will combine your extensive industry knowledge with high-quality teaching, assessment and learner support to ensure exceptional outcomes for apprentices and students.
What You'll Do
Deliver high-quality teaching, learning and assessment across Electrical Installation Full Time Study Programmes and/or Apprenticeships.
Assess learner competence in both workshop and workplace environments.
Support Apprentices to successfully achieve End Point Assessment and qualification outcomes.
Build strong relationships with employers and industry partners.
Contribute to curriculum development, industry engagement and quality improvement activities.
Maintain accurate learner progress records and meet awarding organisation requirements.
Act as a role model for professional standards, health and safety, and industry best practice.
Essential Requirements
Applicants must hold:
JIB Approved Electrician status.
NVQ Level 3 in Electrotechnical Systems and Equipment.
AM2 qualification.
Assessor Qualification (A1, D32/33, CAVA or equivalent).
IQA Qualification (or willingness to achieve within an agreed timeframe if not currently held).
Recent and relevant industrial experience within the electrical sector.
A passion for developing future talent and supporting learner success.
