Description
We are seeking to appoint an experienced and enthusiastic Work Based Tutor in Brickwork to support the delivery of our successful Brickwork apprenticeship programmes. Working closely with apprentices, employers and curriculum colleagues, the successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality training, assessing learners’ progress and supporting apprentices to achieve their qualifications and successfully complete their End Point Assessment (EPA).
 
The role will involve working with apprentices both in the workplace and at College, providing coaching, guidance and assessment to ensure they develop the required knowledge, skills and behaviours. The successful candidate will support apprentices to prepare for EPA, maintain accurate records of progress and ensure learner portfolios are completed to a high standard using Smart Assessor.
 
We are looking for a candidate with strong industry experience in Brickwork, who is passionate about developing the next generation of skilled tradespeople. You will have excellent communication skills, the ability to build positive relationships with apprentices and employers, and a commitment to providing an outstanding learner experience.
