| Description | We are seeking an exceptional Curriculum Innovation Lead to drive the strategic implementation of national curriculum reforms and position our College at the forefront of technical and professional education.
This is an exciting opportunity to lead transformational change, ensuring our curriculum offer is aligned with Department for Education (DfE) priorities, employer needs, and the evolving skills landscape.
As Curriculum Innovation Lead, you will play a pivotal role in planning, developing, and delivering key curriculum reforms across the College. You will lead on the implementation of:
• T Levels and V Levels
• Occupational and Foundation Certificates
• Higher Technical Qualifications (HTQs)
• Apprenticeship and Adult Skills reforms
Working across all curriculum areas, you will champion innovation in curriculum design, teaching, and assessment. You will support and empower staff to embed high-quality, industry-relevant provision while managing change effectively and sustainably.
