| Description | We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Examinations Assistant to join our busy Exams Team. This is an exciting opportunity to support the administration and delivery of examinations while ensuring full compliance with awarding body and JCQ regulations.
You will play a key role in supporting the Exams Manager and Coordinator in the smooth running of all exam processes, contributing to a professional and secure examination environment for learners.
You will provide essential administrative support across the full exam cycle, including registering learners, booking assessments, processing results, and coordinating exam timetables and rooms. The role also involves supporting the delivery of a range of assessments, including commercial exams and T Levels, while maintaining accurate records and responding to queries from staff, learners, and awarding bodies.
In addition, you will help maintain the security and integrity of all examination materials, ensuring compliance with JCQ and awarding body regulations at all times. You may also be required to support exam invigilation, assist with computer-based assessments, and contribute to the preparation and organisation of exam resources across sites, particularly during busy periods such as the summer exam series.
