A former Chelmsford College culinary student who is cooking up a storm on Masterchef says her time at the college was "fundamental" in her success.
Zoe Simons, 24, a chef from Great Dunmow, wowed the judges with an array of dishes on the BBC Two programme last week, advancing through two shows to take her place in the knockout round.
