Supported Internships

Is this study programme for me?

The Supported Internship programme is for you if you want to work and have an EHCP. There are two supported internships: Broomfield and Moulsham. Broomfield is in Broomfield hospital. The work placements are in hospital support services such as portering, catering and health care assistant roles. Moulsham work placements are usually in retail and hospitality, however, other options can be discussed based on the vocational profile, current skills and placement availability. The programme has 1 study day in College and starts with 1 day in a work placement, once you start to work independently and do not need a job coach with you all of the time, the work placement days will increase to 3.
