Description
Chelmsford College is currently looking for a dynamic Business Development Manager to join our Business Services Unit (BSU). This key role involves maximizing growth opportunities, managing resources, engaging with employers to meet recruitment targets, creating commercial learning programs to fulfil stakeholder needs, and leading on apprenticeship recruitment and work experience opportunities for College learners. Additionally, the role involves upskilling adult learners to enhance their employability and career progression by identifying skill gaps in the workforce and creating tailored training programs to address them.
 
Ideal candidates should have a strong background in Business Development, excellent leadership and communication skills, and a passion for making a difference in the education sector, particularly in growing apprenticeship and work experience initiatives and in enhancing adult education through innovative learning solutions.
