Nursery are seeking to appoint an experienced, helpful and friendly Finance Administrator to provide effective and efficient finance & administration support to the Nursery Manager. The successful applicant's duties will include sales invoicing, allocating incoming receipts, claiming & allocation of funding within set deadlines, bank reconciliations as well as processing purchase orders and invoices. In addition, assisting the Nursery Manager with the annual budget process and monthly monitoring. Experience of using finance systems would be an advantage.
The successful applicant will:
be educated to GCSE A-C (4+) or above in English & maths, a qualification AAT NVQ Level 2 or equivalent would be an advantage
have excellent oral and written communication skills
have an ability to show initiative and work independently efficiently
have strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise effectively have excellent IT skills in Excel
