Level 2 Diploma in Customer Service
Our Customer Service Apprenticeships respond to UK employers' need for high levels of customer service skills within a wide range of organisations. The customer service skills you will learn are transferable across sectors and apply to many job roles.
The apprenticeships are primarily for individuals whose job role is dedicated to customer service for example Intermediate Apprentices may be Customer Service Trainees, Assistants and Representatives.
Level 2 Intermediate Customer Service
You could be communicating effectively with customers face-to-face or by telephone, resolving problems and improving customer relations, promoting products and services, keeping records, gathering customer feedback, working in a team and developing complementary technical skills according to the role.
