For Internet Explorer 9

• You should see a notification bar at the bottom of your screen.
  Click Allow to enable the add-on then click Start Live Stream.

  

For Internet Explorer 8 and below

• Step 1

  You should see a notification bar at the top of your screen.

  

• Step 2

  Click on the notification and select Run Add-On.

  

• Step 3

  Click Run to allow the add-on to install. When complete click Start Live Stream.
