Learn how to create lifelike edible fruits in a day. We'll cover how to create both hand crafted and silicone mould set "fruits" with various decoration techniques including airbrushing, glazing and cocoa butter encasing. Learn from renowned exec pastry chef Damien Wager. All materials will be provided. This course is a hands-on practical course, to be taken at a steady pace. There will be some group work and some demos, but the focus will be on the techniques and understanding them rather than the quantity of lifelike fruits produced.
